1. A prior notice of 30 days to be given to vacate the PG.

2. No Security Deposit refund would be done in case 30 days prior notice is not given to the management.

3. Advance Booking amount will not be refunded at any circumstances / Cancellation.

4. An Amount of Rs 500/- is applicable on guests staying at PG, This needs to be Pre-in formal to the PG Management.

5. At the time of joining a Security deposit & 1 month rent has to be paid.

6. Maintenance charges of Rs 1,500/- from security deposit will be retained at the time of vacating.

7. Strangers are not allowed in the PG.

8. Gathering with strangers outside PG is not allowed.

9. Keep the rooms & corridor clean. Please have food in the dining Area.

10. Management is not responsible for your belongings, parcels & couriers.

11. Any damages to the PG property will be compemated by the PG Stayer.

12. Use water, Electricity & other resources judiciously.

14. Any maintenance like plumbing or electrical issues would take at least two days to resolve.

15. Losing room keys would be charged Rs 500/- to replace with new keys.

16. Shoe Racks, Halls, Rooms & corridors are requested to be kept tidy & neat, no painting on wall, decorators, damaging the wall is allowed.
